Dr. Francesca Riffo and her tech is the BEST vet there. Extremely nice Dr. She took care of my kitten Akira. It was very first time visiting, I used a coupon for 1st time free. VCA has the best team. Definitely ill get all vaccines from them. Thank you Dr. Riffo and the tech.
Flannery should not be listed as an emergency vet. Took my dog for an emergency, and was given pain meds and was told to go home and monitor my dog in a crate so he cant further injury himself. A few hours later we ended driving to Brewster Guardian Veterinary Specialist to find out he had a ruptured spinal disc. ( This had happened BEFORE going to Flannery) Worst part was "They stand behind their judgment of go home and monitor". We had to bring our sweet 14 year old lab mix, Titus, in for help. He wasn't doing well and we decided to put him down to relieve his suffering. Everyone from the office was very compassionate, they explained everything and they helped us through an awful day ... Thank you for caring for our family.
