Has become to big for itself I have been a client of flannery animal hospital for over 20 years. I started by taking our first Great Dane to see Dr. Flannery and yes there was a Dr. Flannery at one time. There are so many doctors now I cannot even keep track. Every time I make and appointment I see a different face. On my last visit with our new dog that came from a rescue in Kentucky, the doctor that saw us was one of the worst vets that I have come in contact with. She did not even listen to our concerns about the dog. She... read more
Ask for Dr. Stonefield Flannery Animal Hospital is the only choice for my furry children. The staff is so sweet and always professional. Dr. Jay Stonefield is exceptional, his caring concern cannot be matched. My puppy and two cats are in the healing hands of a man that truly loves animals and they love him. Thank you Dr. Stonefield, you are the best !
Best of the best If you need a vet dont even think of going anywhere else. Dr. Mike and his staff are the best in the area. Caring and understanding. They dont do birds but care for your dog like it was their very own. Office is clean and friendly staff. Great hours. They are expensive but what vet isnt. They will work with you so dont be discouraged not to go. Explain to the staff what the problem is and I am sure thaywill respond in a positive way..
Romeo Lives!! We have taken our dogs to Flannery since we moved to the area 7 years ago. Our older dog Romeo, 14 woke up one morning unable to move his back 2 legs. They saw him right away, honestly, I thought that this was the end for my Romeo. Dr Winter examined him, and gave me my options. I decided to go with lazer therapy for him. Romeo is now mobile and very happy. Dr Winter checks in on him and his progress with the lazer. Barbara, the technician is skilled and very patient with Romeo. Lazer treatments made it possibl... read more
Dr Michael Kryger and Dr. Frank Puccio are the absolute best I have to say that Dr. Michael Kryger and Dr. Frank Puccio of Flannery Animal Hospital are in my opinion the most knowledgeable veterinarians in the entire Hudson Valley today. They both love dogs and enjoy working with them. I have to admit that there were a few quacks working there in the past and I personally did not like the founder Dr. Flannery himself as a veterinarian but these two are without a doubt the best in the area today. Especially when it comes to m... read more
Horrible Animal Hospital My beautiful female German shepherd had a lump removed from her back. Right before her surgery I told Dr. Evans that I wanted the lump sent out to pathology no matter what. He said that he would do it as it was imperative to find out what the mass was. The next day Evans told me that he threw our dog's lump IT IN THE TRASH instead of sending it for pathology and then said it wasn't a big deal. I have no idea what the lump was - I just hope it is nothing serious. Dr. Evans had no right to do that and ... read more
WE NEED FLANNERY I would give flannery nothing but the best ratings! The wait was normal... I went to a human hospital and waited over an hour and a half before- my longest was almost 3 hours, so waiting at flannery's for 20 mins is extremely fast. And the cost is really not that expensive! Compare everything to a human hospital- just to be seen in the ER with no insurance was $775 at st lukes plus IV fluids was an additional 200. I had a xray, fluids and ultrasound done at st lukes at over $2500. So Flannerys is cheap! Bein... read more
The Best Hospital in the Hudson Valley I have used Flannery Animal Hospital for 20 years and have always experienced the highest standard of animal medicine available. The Doctors here are the only ones I would ever trust my beloved animals to. compassion and cutting edge medicine make for a truly satisfying experience. This is the only place to go!!!
Flannery Animal Hospital PC I have been going to Flannery's for 18 years. I have had three Beagles and one cat over these years and they always give the best care. The staff is very friendly there. Recently my dog pinched a nerve in her neck, they saw me right away and only charged me for the shot to her neck, not an office visit. I was very appreciative since I was just in there 2 weeks before and had a large bill for an annual visit. Great doctors!!
