We delt with Matt at the West Allis store, he was knowledgeable asked questions to find out our listening practices. He took his time as we had not bought new equipment in 30 years! Absolutely the best extremely happy with the system he recommended!

Absolutely phenomenal store. Salesman was a total LEGEND - extremely helpful, sincere, honest, and informative about what my brother and I were looking for. 10/10 store, absolutely fantastic. Even though they didn't have what we were looking for, the salesman was more than happy to lead us in the right direction and inform us about our option. Great selection of high end speakers and receivers too!!!

Music is truly a gift we’ve been given, and I draw upon this gift by embracing music and making it an integral part of my life. The best. Many of the sales people have been around since Flanner's was located in Mayfair Mall back in the 80's when I would go in there to drool over the top of the line stereo equipment and televisions. So to say they are extremely knowledgeable would be an understatement. I hope more people will go back to the old ways and enjoy a quality HiFi stereo system and speakers in their home. When you do, you can't find a better place than Flanner's.
