I took an elderly lady to have her eyes checked today. She had a 10:30 appointment and we were on time. After the tests were done, she waited an hour and a half before Dr. Flanagan came into the examination room. Dr. Flanagan told her everything was fine and left the room. She did not explain anything. This was outrageous! We were there almost 3 full hours! So disrespectful!
I’m very unhappy with this practice and Dr. Flanigen at this time. I went in for my annual exam and to get the contact lens prescription and order the contacts I purchase from this practice every single year since I started going here around 2013. I’ve seen Dr. Flanigen the last 3 years. She neglected to tell me that she no longer provides contact lens prescriptions.
