AC went out and they were out the next day. Took them about 15 minutes to diagnose and swap out a part for a reasonable price. AC was working within 30 minutes. Even cleaned out the AC unit even though they did not have to. During the whole process they explained everything clearly and were very professional. Will be using Flanery going forward.

Jonathan was very professional, empathetic, and considerate. He took time to hear our concerns, research “repairs” done by a different company the day before, and make thoughtful recommendations. He was very efficient and thorough in his review and made sure our issues were all resolved before leaving. We will definitely use them again. Was told I needed a new furnace and AC unit due to a little water on my floor close to the furnace, One company came out who installed my AC 7 years ago and basically told us that they will have to replace it, Had a friend of a friend come out and look at both and he didn't even touch anything and stated I needed a new furnace and AC unit, I had Flanery come out to give me a quote on replacing both units and after looking at both units all we needed was a $700 fix!
