Just a room full of rude, incompetent, unhelpful old men (and some bikes)
Fair prices, fast turnaround. My one complaint is they won’t work on E-bikes, even if it’s a non E-bike specific repair. I find this dogmatic approach disappointing and a bit elitist. The main tech (maybe the owner?) is definitely knowledgeable and and competent but can be a bit gruff. If you’re a veteran cyclist, you’ll likely love this place, but if you’re a beginner it may not feel as welcoming.
