We have been to Flanagan's on numerous occasions and I am concerned that the restaurant is not going to survive. It seems that the owners and management are running their very first restaurant and bar and have no experience. When customers complain about waiting too long or if their server doesn't return to fill drinks, the managers don't step up and help out. It is very unorganized and very unprofessional.
