So, my wife’s SUV breaks down at a shopping center in Cherry Hill. The belt tensioner pulley seized and tore the serpentine belt. Called the nearest towing company, Flanagan’s Auto/Truck Service out of Pennsauken. The receptionist was nice , gave me a good price, and within a half hour, a flatbed came and took our SUV home and dropped it off in the driveway. The driver was nice, friendly and helpful. Much thanks to Flanagan’s.
Tire blow out on my UHaul trailer on the turnpike while I was passing through. Uhaul screwed the pooch, long story short I was going to get charged just shy of 300$ to tow Uhauls broken equipment off the turnpike for repairs. Ron was on dispatch, and ensured Uhaul had to foot the bill instead of myself. Flanagan's went well out of their way to take care of me. Rock of the Marne Ron, you're a true dog faced soldier.
The shop never got back to me on if they could get a part for the problem I was having with my electric door locks. They may not have been able to address or fix the problem but should have at least followed up. They seem to be more of a tow company than a repair shop.
