We were attempting to sell our home in NM and Lisa Reed was the loan officer for the buyer and we found her to be inept in her understanding of the loan process adding one additional item after another after she set closing dates 3 different times and telling our broker she was balancing to send numbers to the title company for closing the next day. I was working with clients in Wyoming selling in New Mexico and Lisa Reed was the buyers lender. She did an absolutely horrible job with the transaction, adding additional requirement after additional requirement before effectively talking this buyer out of buying the home. We almost lost the home purchase on this end and she made everyone’s lives extremely difficult.
