A long post, but I hope this can serve as a cautionary tale for others considering purchasing a vehicle from Young Mazda Missoula. Our experience with Young Mazda Missoula was one of the worst we’ve ever had with a dealership. We located a vehicle “in transit” to the dealership, and began negotiations for said vehicle with salesperson, Zach. Since Young Mazda bought this formerly great dealership from Flannigans, the place has become untrustworthy and grossly overpriced for their service, especially taking advantage of the elderly. If looking to buy a car prepare to be called ruthlessly, many times day and night for weeks. Not the way a reputable business operates!
I left a review before our transmission failed and stranded us in the middle of North Dakota. When we filed a claim with Alpha warranty, which we also purchased from These guys it took them 4 days to review it and they are now denying us our benefits. This is easily the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Zach the car salesperson won't return our calls. And Levi the warranty salesperson won't even take our calls. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!
