Thank you for your response. However, I respectfully disagree with several points. First, Ford of Spring Hill did not secure the 47% adjustment on my behalf. I personally spent weeks communicating with Hankook, gathering records, following up repeatedly, and speaking directly with Hankook’s warranty department. The original offer was lower, and I was the one who pushed the matter further and obtained the 47% adjustment and secured the 47% towards any tires including Hankook. Place to go when you have car troubles. Always trusted and staff always friendly. They tell it like it is and don't push for service that's not necessary. Honest also, not just out to make a $$$$$.

Beware of their service department. They wanted to charge me for a tow that’s actually paid for by the manufacturer as part of the Ford recall program. I had a recall on my vehicle because the driver side door wouldn’t latch shut, making it unsafe to drive. I called the serviced department to see what my options were. The service department told me they could come tow it to the dealership, but I would have to pay for the tow service. So I called Ford Customer Service.
