I have been using their services for years. Over the past year the customer service has gotten drastically worse. The guys washing cars are young and playful. They are slow about tending to the vehicles as they come in. The young lady who collects the money (I'm assuming she's the manager) does not manage the group well. No one appears to be in charge. They did a good job cleaning the inside and outside of the car HOWEVER unless you have 1.5 hours to waste just sitting there while one guy works on your car, go somewhere else or be prepared to sit and wait for Avery very very long time!!!! Who has this much time to waste on a car wash! I told them and yet no reinforcements came even though I told them over and over how much of a rush I am in! Unbelievable!
