would nt stay at this hotel because there bad about not refunding money deposit or refunds it's been over a month and still know money returned to my account so now I am going to seek legal actions

Really nice place. Perfect for the little ones. Now keep in mind the water park isn’t included in the stay and they only allowed 5 bands to be purchased by room.
This resort was dirty. In 7 days i was there the pool was not cleaned once. The waterpark area never had clean towels and let not mention the chairs. Chairs by pool and waterpark were nasty and dirty The elevator smelled like the project elevator, urine to the tenth power. Staff was not pleasant or inviting at all. I had a great time, room was clean when I got their pool water and area was clean. The staff are nice and friendly made sure we had all we needed housekeeping was polite and made sure we had things for our room. The only thing I wish that they would have toured us around or at least tell us how things worked it was our first stay there and we had no knowledge of how the game room worked so we didn’t have the opportunity to play in their.
