I was assaulted there I was recently scheduled for surgery at FSC. After waiting in my pre-op room for over two hours I asked a nurse what the status was. the surgeon, ROBERT C GUTIERREZ head the question and told me that the surgery wouldn't happen until he was good and ready. He then stated that the surgery was cancelled. GUTIERREZ then walked over to the FSC Facilitator, who immediately came to my hospital bed with one of his cronies.
