I messaged Flamingo nails asking if they do ‘hard gel’ infills. The reply came back that she does, so I booked an appointment for today. When I arrived, she looked at my nails and asked if it was acrylic. I said no it’s hard gel, and that I sent her a message last week asking if she did hard gel infills and she replied yes. Then she wanted me to prove the messages, so I showed her my phone. She then stated that hard gel is the same as ‘BIAB’ & then I informed her that they’re different products.
