RecommendedJohn at Flamingo treated me well with my new snowmobile purchase. He gave me nada value for my trade when other dealers didn't want a trade and gave a fair price in the new sled. I left flamingo for a couple years and tried a different brand but when I came back he made me feel welcome. I buy a new sled every year and John and Flamingo Motorsports has earned my business going forward.
Very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I bought a jetski from them and everything was pretty easy. I had two problems with it after it fell out of warranty and they were able to get it all fixed under warranty anyways. Would certainly recommend and I will be going back to them for my next jetski.
I would not buy a thing from here. I called today to see what their inventory was on new sleds. The salesman was so short and rude to me. He named off a few sleds so quickly I couldn't understand a word he said, then wouldn't give me an exact price and answered with "8ish." What kind of customer service is that? I knew what I wanted and went to Hunter's Ski-doo in Wallingford, Ct and was in and out within 1 hour and left with a brand new sled and trailer and great customer service! My Concours 14 developed a radiator leak while I was returning to western New York from Newfoundland. I should mention that the Connie had over 85000 miles on the odo. I was very fortunate to reach Flamingo for repairs. The staff helped me to make arrangements to get home as it took a week or so to have a new radiator shipped in. One of the guys was allowed to drive me to the bus station in Springfield. I was kept updated on developments and notified when the repair was completed. Although I bought a private sale spyder motorcycle, I have it serviced at Flamingo Motor Sports. Best shop for service and price that I have ever used. They treat you like their best customer no matter where your bike came from. Great place !
