Super disappointed in this company. I called at least 3 times with messages left, left a email on this website and not one time got a response from Anyone. I bought my beautiful pearl ring at the sawdust festival in 2004. Finally found a design I loved. She , the owner, told me it was guaranteed for life. In 2012 the pearl had fallen out.
