Do notttt rent with these people they will charge you over $2k in collection when you leave. For regular wear and tear like carpets. Infested with roaches too the day I moved in to their most “luxury” apartment i walked in and 3 roaches ran across the living room. I already paid them so i had no choice or alternative. Never again
I lived in this apartment for 5 years, and while I tried to make the best of it, I can no longer stay silent about the issues I experienced. The unit had black mold, which posed serious health risks. Despite raising concerns, the response from management was slow and inadequate. In January 2025, my rent payment was lost by the leasing office.
