I lived in this apartment for 5 years, and while I tried to make the best of it, I can no longer stay silent about the issues I experienced. The unit had black mold, which posed serious health risks. Despite raising concerns, the response from management was slow and inadequate. In January 2025, my rent payment was lost by the leasing office. I use to live here. Great experience, honestly.
1. ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE!!!! 2. Even as a new tenant, you will get an old model(vents dirty,carpet dirty apt) I shouldn’t have to deal with wear and tears in an apartment that I JUST moved into. 3. Parking is not guaranteed… your car gets towed even if you are on the lease. Paying $1,000+ for rent, I shouldn’t have to park a mile away because I can’t find parking or I have to pay hundred to hundreds of dollars for towing because will not give permanent parking.(1 parking per lease) that is ridiculous.
