Marlene did my lashes and I absolutely love them. I got so many compliments they were painless and lasted a month! Happy to become a regular!
I paid $130 for a lash set after showing a reference photo and clearly explaining that I did not want volume lashes. The lashes I received were much fuller and more dramatic than the natural look I requested. After I raised my concerns, the technician removed some lashes, but the result still did not resemble the reference photo or the style I had asked for. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by Nathalie. She was extremely courteous, I’ve also noticed her patience and professionalism with another client who walked in after me. The spa smells AMAZING, as you walking the pleasant scent is very welcoming. The decor, the colors all are beautiful. The young lady who did my brows, Yaselyn, she was so sweet, she made sure to ask me what I was looking for prior to the service. Overall great service, highly recommend!
