I had an appt to get my hair braided at 8am. Francess called me the day before to confirm and push the time back to 8:30...cool. I get there at 8:29am she's not there...cool. I go inside and it's another braider there an older lady she called and told them I was there. She was supposed to be otw. 40mins later still nothing, no call, no update.
