none of the buildings are wheelchair accessible. they have have parking for wheelchair vehicles but no access to any building that isnt stairs just one example of how they lie about everything.
15 Snyder. U make us use cell phone and app for laundry. Need better service in laundry room for it to work. That has to be improved. And machines need better spin cycles and better drying cycles. Im sure you are aware of all this. And that most tenants have our windows open all winter because its too hot in the units. Also late night and over night I do not have cold water. Thats not acceptable. $2000 a month, these should not be happening.
