I lived there for a little over 4 years and loved it! Moved in when Maria was manager and moved out when Elizabeth was manager - they both were awesome! If you move into any of the top floor units, just beware of the heat rising during the summertime 🥵 - definitely look into investing a mobile AC unit or tons of fans. LOL! Great place to live at if you're single, everything is newly remodeled. The manager is top tier and this apartment is more soundproof than other apartments I've stayed at. You do hear outside a lot but you rarely hear your neighbors from the side.
Good studio apartment to live in, units have been remodeled and everything is new as of this writing(has a fridge, dishwasher, electric stove, but no microwave. Shower water pressure is strong too, which is always a plus). Quiet and clean neighbors. Landlord Maria is very helpful and transparent about everything with the moving in and moving out process.

The apartments are okay but pretty small. They didn’t have a microwave, not a deal breaker but still less than desired. Management is mainly where I have my gripes. Paid $56 for the application fee before even being able to view the space. Then the leasing agent, Mariah, ignored me for two weeks without telling me that my application was closed.
