RecommendedMy son & daughter-in-law contributed significantly to the remodel and rejuvenation of Flamingo Apartments. I was privileged to see the various phases of transformation. I was also able to see the quality of the materials used, the personal & perfect design choices, and the passion, love, and care that went into making Flamingo Apartments what they are today. I think it is a wonderful, fun, and unique place to live! 🌵🙂

RecommendedThis place is fresh and hip. So far, all of our neighbors have been great. The layout is very spacious, with all the modern amenities one would expect. The location to 23rd St. events is great. The indoor and outdoor decorations are fresh and warm. Great remodel.
