Terrible customer service
I bought a tilt steering column from them and the column came without mounts and an adapter. That's like selling a phone but the camera is an extra 100$ and the battery is an extra 200$. So stupid. Not to mention the price of there products.
They manufactured my steering column too short. When I called them about it they acted like it was my fault and told me to ship it back at my expense for inspection. A month goes by and I hear nothing from them. I called them again to check on it and they told me that it is still sitting in the box and they haven't looked at it yet. They eventually got back to me and said that they made a mistake and cut the tube too short and they would fix it and send it back.
