Thanks for ruining my night! I ordered from your app like I usually do and this time never got my food. I came when the email said my food would be ready and it wasn't so I waited(outside in the cold). I watched as 20+ others went inside ordered their food and then watched them sit at the tables and get their food! I still stand outside waiting for my ONE burrito! I've been getting flamys since I met my husband 12 years ago. I've never been disappointed. Burritos are always hot and delicious and my somewhat complicated order is always correct.
I have lived out of the state for years. Yet every trip back to Wilmington this is my first stop- kid you not! The pineapple salsa is one of a kind. I now live overseas and this will still be my first stop when I’m back in town. You can’t find unique dishes like this anywhere in the world. Skip Moes, Qdobe and Chipotle and get the local mix!
We have always liked Flaming Amy’s but they are consistently getting our order wrong and leaving off items from curbside pickup. They forgot a burrito once, gave us two Wrong burritos the second time and gave us NO salsa for any of the six burritos we ordered the third time. They are unapologetic about their mistakes. We are so frustrated with their service
Ordered curbside a big fat Greek left a 20% tip in advance because the take payment before delivering your food. They got my order wrong not once, not twice, but three times. The ingredients are right on your menu how can you get it wrong 3 times. We offered to make ourselves, gave up and left with still the wrong order. Very disappointing visit not even a discount. They did give us the first wrong order but no one on my car was going to eat it.
