If I could leave zero stars I would. They have out sourced support to another country. They are rude and just mute their phones and hope you hang up. When you cancel they never pick up their tank but want to charge you rent.
The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve run out of propane twice (I know it’s ideal to not let it run out, but not everyone has the financial means to do this 100% of the time. Last spring it ran empty because it had been warm from three weeks and forecasted to stay warm but then had an unexpected cold front.
