Very bad job,the worst experience I ever had in my life. Gel manicure for 15 minutes
Absolutely terrible. Went there to get a pedicure and waited 45 mins just for me to walk out since no one took me. Always busy with not enough staff. Always focused on nails and trying to upsell you.
Not my regular shop. I regret going! I walked in on a whim & ask specifically to SNS pink & white! She said yes we do it. Midway in. Im like, "you not doing the white French acrylic she said yeah yeah. Tell me at the end she used gel for my white. #10 (Diane) and then get attitudey with me because I told her she lied & not good customer service! Don't go they rude & just money hungry! Never again!
I am disappointed to share my experience at Flame Nails, particularly regarding the customer service provided by Bella and Manny. I have been a loyal customer since the days when they worked at Galaxy in the mall, when Ashley and her husband owned the business. I always appreciated the respect and attention given to customers during that time. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have not reflected that same standard.
