Not my regular shop. I regret going! I walked in on a whim & ask specifically to SNS pink & white! She said yes we do it. Midway in. Im like, "you not doing the white French acrylic she said yeah yeah. Tell me at the end she used gel for my white. #10 (Diane) and then get attitudey with me because I told her she lied & not good customer service! Don't go they rude & just money hungry! Never again!
I am disappointed to share my experience at Flame Nails, particularly regarding the customer service provided by Bella and Manny. I have been a loyal customer since the days when they worked at Galaxy in the mall, when Ashley and her husband owned the business. 1-Star Review Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. From the moment I raised a concern, the attitude problem was evident. I mentioned that I was bleeding on two fingers and that the nail shape wasn’t up to the mark — instead of showing concern or offering to fix it, the woman (Counter no. 10) flaunted her years of experience and dismissed my feedback entirely. I have been coming here for services for a little over 3 years now, i have always had an amazing experience at Flame Nails! The salon is clean, welcoming, and nicely decorated. The staff is professional and friendly from the moment I walked in. I get a full in/pedicure/eyebrow wax and I couldn’t be happier with the results — Bella pays close attention to detail and made sure I was completely satisfied with the shape, color, and design for my nails and Lina always takes her time and perfects my pedicure.
