After a long day of work and don't want to cook dinner it's always nice to have someone serve you with a smile. The 2 ladies on staff tonight were very upbeat and engaging. Great service!
I went Thursday night, 9/26, and this poor woman was working alone! We did our order online but still had to wait a few minutes because, again, this poor woman was doing everything on her own!! She was cooking, working the register, and bagging our food! She had extremely excellent customer service and honestly no one should be ever left alone at any Flame Broiler. I’m sure if she had it her way she wouldn’t be alone but yeah, weird
I wasn't going to leave a review at first but this situation is bothering me. When I First walked in I wasn't greeted by the heavy set young lady that works there. I had to speak to her first to get her attention. Not once did she say I'll be with you in a moment. I should've walked out then. But because I normally have a good interaction with the other employees I stayed. But that's not it. So I went to pay and it ask you do you wanna leave a tip.
