The person working this evening around 6 pm when my daughters and I ordered dinner to go is rude, disengaged and has a bad attitude. Not so much as a greeting or thank you and acts like he’s doing you a favor doing his job. We thanked him for the bowls and he mumbled, “Uh huh.” Yikes! My young daughters even commented on how unfriendly he was. Trying to eat healthier but the bowls are already overpriced and with the poor customer service not sure we’ll be back anytime soon.
The person working is ready to end every social interaction and goes right back to his phone. Ignored 2 phone calls and the food is just okay but absolutely none of that is worth a $13 bowl of rice and reheated chicken.
Been here a few times the rice is consistently mushy and dense compared to other flame broiler locations.
