The guy upfront was rude and dismissive. The food was okay, but he got my order wrong. I asked for white rice and was given brown rice instead. I couldn’t tell until I started eating it. I’ve been to many flame broilers and this is honestly the worst experience thus far.
Fastest service ever!
The guy in the front is very rude. First and last time coming here. Rice was all melted and felt he did it on purpose because I asked him to cook my meet well done.
Terrible food, terrible customer service. I had an encounter with Stingy Sauce Man...you can tell he hates working here. As for the food, the chicken was overcooked, dry, and tasteless (that's why you need the sauce). Do yourself a favor and just go to Chipotle if you want a bowl. This place is useless. Supposed to be Korean inspired but not one person there knows anything about Korean food.
