Firstly, I placed an order online and told me it would be ready in 10. It ended up being another 10 min wait and time is crucial for me during lunch hour because I have to be back for work. In addition, it seemed like I was in line waiting for my order because there seemed to be a lot of people waiting. The food was par, I expected more for a $17 steak bowl that was almost all rice. Today, I ordered the 8-piece buffalo wing combo, which was almost $20, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. The wings tasted old and off — almost a fishy flavor, with a very dry texture.
