Great for a quick stop if you want something more healthy. The staff has always been friendly and quick. I can order online and pick up fast, earn free add-ons, and the food is good. The inside is plain and kind of dark, but clean, however I rarely eat there.

This place used to be one of the better flame broilers in Southern California. I've been coming here for years. I go to every flame broiler everywhere. Literally eat it like five to six times a week. For the past couple years. Overall their food quality has gone down. I've noticed they've switched their meats. First, I work around the corner so I come here quite often. Today was bad. I ordered through the website before going. When I got there I looked where they usually put ordered meals, but just some boxes were there. Nothing let me know it was ready so I waited for 10 min before asking and them finding my lunch on the bottom of the rack, that I never would have found. Firstly, I placed an order online and told me it would be ready in 10. It ended up being another 10 min wait and time is crucial for me during lunch hour because I have to be back for work. In addition, it seemed like I was in line waiting for my order because there seemed to be a lot of people waiting. The food was par, I expected more for a $17 steak bowl that was almost all rice.
