The second flame broiler I have been to. The food is simple and decently healthy. Just meat, rice, and veggies. The flavor is good and does not leave you feeling bloated. The staff are very friendly but the food comes out slowly. Seems like they are not sustainable, only 2 people working and not that busy. The interior is large and clean.

Phew… this is going to hurt writing because I don’t normally give 1 star reviews but I can’t lie on a review. 😢 Today was the first time I ever tried Flame Broiler and boy was it one of the most disappointing food experiences ever. I should have seen the signs. The first sign was, it was the only restaurant that was empty on this strip of about 5 restaurants. SCAM ALERT: This place is automatically adding a 15% tip to to-go orders online. UPDATE: This place has now removed the ability to remove the auto 15% tip on a pickup order. Fairly certain this is illegal. Ignore the response the business posted, as it a flat out lie. Other locations do no have this issue.
I came here 15 min before closing and I was greeted with not only a happy smile but excellent service! The manager was a sweet kind gentleman who helped comp my 8 cents when I had two $20 (thank you again for not giving me so much change back :) ) My plate was stacked and whatever didn’t fit was given on the side! Not to mention the food was piping hot, which means it was all made fresh, no leftover stuff from the day. This is my favorite flame broiler!
