Great light food I love the Flame Broiler's veggie bowl with brown rice. I eat at the Flame Broiler's by my work at least once a week, so when at home, I hit the Flame Broiler, too. Great "light" fast food, & if you mix the magic sauce with the hot sauce, it gives it a nice kick.
The Flame Broiler is Healthy! This is a great place for a healthy lunch..... especially with the brown rice option. Their "magic sauce" is delicious! There are a few locations in Fullerton also. Service is always good also.
Health choice food The flame broiler is best choice for healthy food. Limited variety of food, but good enough to staisfy anyone at every time. They have combo plates or bowls and even kids meals.
Healthy and inexpensive If you are looking for a quick chicken or beef bowl, try Flame Broiler. They offer brown rice and steamed veges also. My kids love the "magic" sauce they serve. I think it's a combination of hot sauce and terriyaki.
