Lacking, salad bar had little options that looked tasty, never got wine ordered, never got bread, took 3 times to get regular coffee with cream, didn't clear plates. When I asked for milk he looked at me and said ...that will be 2 dollars extra...lol..I mean how condicending..well needless to say I will not return!
We eat here about twice a year, for special occasions, SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! They let the dirty dishes just pile up on your table. We waited a long time for meat and made several trips to the salad bar. There were 5 of us and everyone had 3 plates staked in front of them. I asked to get some plates cleared and the reply was ‘ill come back for that’ and never did. The meat was either super salty or bland. The salad bar was messy with food spilt and not cleaned up. Staff made it awkward from the very beginning. It took almost 20 minutes before they brought us the first round of meat. I've never seen a Brazilian steakhouse that did not have filet mignon. We were only offered two types of steak: flank and top sirloin. They brought us the check after one hour, while our coin was still green. We had even made comments about how good the dessert looked, but we weren't offered any. The vibe was off and the staff obviously did not want us there. I will not be back.
We were really excited to try the steakhouse, so made reservations the day before and drove 40 minutes back. Our server appeared 3 times including the check in over an hour. They weren't busy. Our drinks from the bar were never delivered, we were told the bartender was busy the two times the server came.
