They don’t have enough servers . Our ship was on Green for 20 minutes before we ever even seen one piece of meat. They did not want to cut more than one little piece of meat at a time when they did come by. The waitress was chewing bubblegum the entire time she was taking her order. As far as I’m concerned, it was not worth what I paid. I’ve had better steak cuts from Dennies.

We consider ourselves reasonable people and enjoy good food and service. Our visit a few months ago was disappointing but we decided to give it one last try. We were sat in corner of a row of 4 empty tables. We both visited the salad bar and within 10 min my husband flipped his coin over for meat service. We watched multiple meats being walked around but never to our row or table. Overpriced for the service and food quality. Food has gone downhill no oysters anymore and the sushi is worse than gas station sushi. It’s hard to get any service once you sit down.

My family historically loves this place. This trip was different. The restaurant was not busy, yet we were seated in a far back corner against a wall. The salad bar is great, and the options are too. The food was just okay, any meat with garlic was almost to much to eat, even the lamb chops which are my favorite. The bacon wrapped meats had bacon that was way overcooked.
