I have also followed Dr. Ruhl from Ancaster to Waterdown. He is just that good. Knowledgeable, personable, and thorough; I feel very well taken care of. It is always a pleasure to visit his office, where Shirley will assist in no nonsense glasses selection. I have also had excellent service during COVID when I had my glasses run over outside of St Joe’s. You can’t go wrong.

Dr Ruhl is so kind and talented. I felt so taken care of and actually enjoyed my appointment. He is a rare breed and I suggest you book an appointment before his practice is maxed out. The front end staff were compassionate and accommodating.

I have been a patient of Flamborough Family Eyecare for some time and I would highly recommend the staff there. They take care of their clients with care and compassion. Dr. Todd is awesome he takes the time to have a chat with you that is refreshing nowadays. Don't ever change and keep up the great work.

The staff and Dr. Ruhl constantly go above and beyond expectations. Five stars doesn't seem enough....I am so confident in my eye care here. Dr Ruhl inspires confidence and makes the experience enjoyable. The staff cannot be beat, so helpful, so knowledgeable. I drive over an hour to get to this office and would never consider going anywhere else.

Dr. Todd is great! He is friendly, professional and has great memory that makes each visit feels truly personal and not just another name on his roster. The staff are also very friendly and supportive.
