Shane, the equipment tech was great in servicing a recently purchased treadmill. Communication was on point, knowledge and expertise on the product was fantastic. Although the issue wasn’t resolved we have ruled out a few things and have a game plan moving forward. He also did a full maintenance on the equipment.
