I reserved a unit online on a Thursday (05/09/24) and received the instructions that the unit would be immediately available for storage and that upon arrival, i would find an unlocked seal tag on my unit that I'd have to remove and that the inside of my unit would have a lock and key for me to use for the duration of my rental period.On Saturday when I arrived (05/11/24) the unit, already had a lock on it and was partially unlocked, allowing us to slide the door up halfway, and the unit right next to mine looked as if it ha... read more
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! MY storage unit has been broken twice and other tenants as well. The only solution they offer is for you to file a police report and to make sure you have insurance. Please stay away from this business
I don't advise anyone to do business with them they lack customer service skills as well as make themselves very unreasonable it's almost like there goal is a to sell your stuff. DONT do business with them I wish I never did if your late by a few days u get crazy fees 2 weeks you get hit with auctions fees you send half the money they won't accept it until u come with the rest this place is horrible
