I had the opportunity to tour Flair Tower this week, and the hospitality was top-notch. Ryann made the experience truly special she was warm, helpful, and one of the best leasing agents I’ve encountered (and I’ve toured a lot of apartments over the years!). While I ultimately chose another building that better fit my location and criteria, Flair Tower made the decision incredibly difficult, thanks in large part to Ryann’s energy and kindness. If you're considering touring here, definitely go. You’ll be in great hands!
We’ve lived at Flair Tower for the past three years, and it truly feels like home. From the moment we moved in, the staff has been professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. The front desk and maintenance teams are incredibly responsive and genuinely care about residents' comfort. We’ve lived at flair tower for the past few years, and right before we moved in they did a beautiful renovation of the lobby, hallways, pool, and other community spaces, that we really enjoyed. The pool is a great space to hang out during the summer, and the apartments are spacious with great finishes. We recommend this community to anyone looking to live in River North, and a special shout out to Sam that works at the front desk. He truly makes Flair tower feel like home.
I have lived at Flair Tower and have truly loved my experience. Living alone as a single female can be scary, but I always felt safe at Flair. The building is wonderful and I can't say enough nice things about the staff. The doormen are always friendly and make sure I feel right at home! Don't hesitate to book a tour and consider this place your next home because I LOVED it here.
