She listens to what you want, provides recommendations and I always leave Flair Salon looking and feeling fabulous! Her prices are fantastic and so much less than other salons in Whitby. been going here for years, claudia is by far the most spectacular hair stylist you will ever have. perms done by her can last nearly a year with enough care ! super worth the price.
