Of course I'd give a zero if I could. Got a confirmation email of my order and have heard nothing since. Unfortunately when cursoring through the email a suspicious link popped up. Haven't been able to pull up the website anymore. Called the phone number, that gives some kind of conglomerate companies spiel. Emailed with no response of course. Wished I had read these reviews first. Did get some other companies website from this info, but they don't carry what I need. And to add insult to injury I now find it on ebay who I tr... read more

This company has no one to answer their phones, does not return phone calls, does not respond to emails and has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. i ordered a thermostat over two weeks ago, been charged on my credit card and have not received any shipment date. i would recommend you steer clear of this company. i would give 0 stars if i could.
