First off I took my car in on a Monday you know supposed to be done that following Friday. They ordered the wrong hood for my car so they had to order another one and then once they put that on they realize that my radiator was broken and then once they fix that they had to wait for the insurance guys to come so did another three days went by and then this point it's been three weeks and now they need to paint my car but they told me last week that the paint was already finished. I hit a deer the day before thanksgiving and my car was taken to Flair Auto. They gave me an estimate that day and they were good enough to start ordering parts so I didn't have to wait all holiday weekend to know what was going on. They called me almost everyday to let me know the progress that was being made on my car. It only took two weeks to get my car back (even though there was a holiday in that two weeks) and when I picked it up it was good as new. They did a great job on it. I'm a satisfied customer for sure!
I'm sitting here reading these comments, and I wonder if they have made huge improvements. I have had the best experience with these guys. The lady at the front is very nice, and Dale, who handled my truck, was awesome. I received daily text messages with updates, and Dale even called me a few times to give me the rundown of what was happening. If you have USAA, it's a must to go here.
went to get my car repaired there after my parked car was backed into and changed the pick up date several times. they were beyond rude and acted as if my questions and concerns were inconvenient.
Very friendly and helpful staff -- they walked me through the entire process after I hit a deer and ruined my car. My car was ready six days sooner than they'd estimated (with almost $5,000 in damages). Just picked up my car and it is in perfect condition. They also offered a lifetime warranty. I took my new car to get fixed from the recent hailstorm I was told it would take 10 days to be fixed. It has been there for 18 days now. I even signed up for a weekley update and have not been contacted once. I have called three times and have been given a different timeline and excuse everytime. I wish I had read all these reviews about Flair Body Works instead of relying on one recommendation! I got nothing but excuses from them. After getting estimate, I took the car in for repair on the following Monday and asked for a quote for some extra work on the car. I was quoted $400.00 for the extra work and I said, Lets do it! After reading the other review, I felt it necessary to share my experience as well: One would imagine the paint and body industry to be somewhat competitive. Not the case with Flair of Edmond. Apparently they are so-busy that customer service and customer satisfaction is completely foreign. “Taking care of the customer” at Flair is all talk and no walk!
