Had them install a back flow pressure device for my sprinkler system in the fall. The system was off and winterized and the water had been off. They turned the water on and never told me or turned off. It froze 2 months later after not being touched. When I let them know they were unwilling to work with me to fix the mistake. Better customer service would go a long way here.
I have used Flaherty for years both at my house and at my rental property. They are always clean, professional, and reasonably priced. They have handled several emergencies for me, including broken showers and drains as well as general repairs of leaky dishwashers or to replace my garbage disposal. This guys are communicative and clear. Great team.

The amount of times I have called Flaherty Plumbing for emergency services that range from burst water mains to washing machine leaks, you would think they'd be sick of me by now. But, because they are so excellent at what they do, they are unlikely to get rid of me any time soon.
