Whole experience with Flagstone Roofing (FR) has been horrendous. Sales people were nice and beyond that it was all downhill. FR was supposed to co-ordinate with the various companies including Solar to remove and re-install but I ended up working with the Solar company to schedule their work. During roof replacement they removed the satellite dish and discarded it even though they were explicitly asked to reinstall the dish after the new roof. I am in the middle of my roof replacement due to the storm and am having a wonderful experience with flagstone roofing. Justin has walked me through every step of the process and made it easy for me. He even got the insurance to pay for things I didn’t even know were damaged!
