RecommendedIts a great area and most people are friendly it could be nice tho if repairs were quicker one can only take their smoke detectors acting up for so long among other things but staff is friendly and your not to far from down and for those who thinks its loud livening right by the road its really not most of the time i forget wer right next to it

My fiancee and I have lived here for about 3 months now and we love it! Zeta, the apartment manager is so sweet! The maintenance guy is nice and responds quickly. We love the layout and size of the apartment. Our last one in Florida was smaller and more expensive. Parking is kinda limited, but it's an apartment complex, not a house, so it's to be expected. Overall, we've had great experiences.(:
Dont read into reviews older than oct 2015. New management and ownership. Its gone downhill fast ovwr the last few months. Its june 11th and they havent even opened the pool. They wont clean the pet waste boxes and now they are falling out and littering all over the place. Tried to change rental costs and are never in office. Terrible job. Not what I signed up for. I've been here twice. First time 4 years ago for a year and now currently here going on a year.
Lived here for 3+ years. It's quite and just far enough out of town that it makes me happy. It's lovely here and the property manager is nice and they keep everything beautiful. Thank you for making my life here pleasant.
