Never quite, parents don't watch their kids. People drive like maniacs. I never know if an adult or child is in danger since someone is always screaming. We can have dogs but 90% fail to clean up after their own. You will face full inspections every other month by management and a bug inspection in between home inspections. Check for mold if you do move in. Most of these apartments on the first floor flood. Managment will just put a bandaid on the issue and hope they evict you before they have to legally deal with it.
