Worst home lender ever full of apologies, and never do anything to actually help the homeowner They Didn’t pay my taxes and now I have multiple penalties and they refused to do anything for me other than apologize.I recommend refinance and go elsewhere
If I could give zero stars, I would. The absolute worst loan/banking experience i have ever encountered. Not only was I told that I couldn't make additional payments outside of my regular monthly payment (via adding to the principle), it was explained to me condescendingly, that it was because "that is how the bank makes money, off the interest". Avoid flagstar at all cost. If your loan is sold, get refi. Worst experience ever. They failed to pay taxes. Pain to get an insurance check handled.
