This Bank drags it feet whenever it can to keep making money. Getting PMI removed is a 6-8 month process.... so they can continue to collect payments...
Horrible business practices. Tells me i have to pay 2 months of mortgage payments to sign up for biweekly automatic payments... I do and it doesn't work. Im not notified that im behind a month of payments and i have multiple late fees now. This is the 3rd time they have done this to me.
