Sorry because this does not apply to this specific location. If someone can send me the review page for this bank as a whole I will put this here. While I have no issue with the staff at this location, my loan was sold to Flagstar. Rather than give me one simple phone call from an actual human and explaining to me what was happening, they called me numerous times with a robot telling me I owed them money.
