Been counting on Flagstar to help my buisness stay afloat due to issues with my change company shorting us on deliveries. Unfortunately I had the most rude and unfortunate experience today. I walk in and immediately get a very judgy look by the lady working. She then proceeds to make conversation and asks me where I work, mind you I have my full uniform on. Always have amazing, helpful, efficient, service on the phone or, in person, at the Oshtemo branch. Martin, Christian, Sheila are super friendly...they always address us by name upon entering the bank. Highly recommend. (The coffee is a plus too 😁)
They keep getting worse. Now they're closed on Saturday
