Quick and friendly service at the drive thru today!
This bank has absolutely terrible customer service, nearly every time I go they are rude and unhelpful. Most recently I went there on Monday,August 31st. First of all I wasn't greeted or acknowledged when I walked in the bank. Then when I said hello to the teller I was rudely told that he was busy. So I went to the other teller who also rudely told me he was busy. Then he proceed to yell at me to get out of his face and called the "manager" who also was extremely rude and told me she was going to get me banned from going to ... read more
Very professional personnel, always cheerful and eager to help
This bank is terrible to go to staff rude and unprofessional, went in today was not greeted or asked if I needed help. Also have had to wait more than 15 minutes for service on more than one occasion.
Horrible bank! Offered early direct deposit only to take it away two weeks later with no warning!! Also they are now going to hold money for days without any care of how it will affect current customers, they decided to closer earlier on Fridays and close all day Saturdays ( get this, citing reason is better customer care, like what??), its so they can hold your check deposit for several days, shady!
